500FG Fuel Water Separator Description
WORKING PRINCIPLE:
When fuel enters the fuel water separator, centrifugal force causes larger water droplets and particles to settle at the bottom of the filter bowl. The fuel then passes through the 30 micron filtration accuracy 2010PM filter element , which removes smaller impurities and water. Finally, the clean fuel flows out and enters the engine.
PARTS COMPOSITION:
1. Bowl：
Located at the bottom of the 500FG fuel water separator, used for observing the filtered water and impurities.
2.Filter element：
The 2010PM filter element, as a professionally matched filter for the 500FG fuel water separator, can effectively capture water and impurities in the fuel.
3. Air vent valve：
Installed on top of the 500FG Fuel-waterseparation filter toensure smooth flowof fuel.
4.Head assembly：
Used to connect the fuel input and output lines.
5.Shell：
Made of corrosion-resistant materials, it provides structural support and protection.
